Fish Fung is the former manager of Tap the ale project. With her enthusiasm for craft beer, she remains active in the industry connecting different parties, promoting craft beer cultures, educating and most importantly sharing the joy of enjoying craft beer. Extending the ambition, she established Enzo sake beer bar to heal souls via unique drinking experiences.
