Nick is the founder of the "Beer Geeks Generation" and board member of "Craft Beer Association of Hong Kong". He was an instructor of beer appreciation workshops, often invited to offer beer lectures and guest speaker at HKU Space (Certificate of Craft Beer Brewing and Appreciation).
