Through these ventures, he has pioneered innovative concepts, such as blending craft beer and coffee, to create unique and memorable experiences. A certified expert in his field, Jadus holds credentials as a Cicerone Certified Beer Server, WSET Level 2 Award in Beer, and BJCP Judge, combining technical proficiency with his deep appreciation for quality beer.

Over the past five years, Jadus has served as a judge for some of the most prestigious beer competitions in the world, including the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Competition (HKIWSC), China Master Cup, China International Beer Challenge, and the Southern California Regional Homebrew Championship. His expertise has also been recognized at local and international levels, with judging roles at the Hong Kong Homebrew Competition, China Homebrew Competition, and the China Golden Flower Award.
