Experienced in a brewery, taproom, bottleshop, and beer festival since 2016. A BJCP-certified beer judge, judging commercial and homebrew competitions in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore since 2017. Organized homebrew competitions from 2020 to 2022. Curated various tasting, appreciation, and sensory training workshops and events for over 500 people. Currently engaged in the hospitality industry to advance the promotion of craft beer and have authored a master’s thesis on co-opetition in the craft beer industry in 2024. Passionate about craft beer and dedicated to sharing this love with others.
